A CAD (computer aided design) file is a drawing or model produced in the computer from which we can directly program our machines to cut from.
A sketch is a file that is usually a hand drawn picture of what you want cut. It also could be a CAD file that is proportionally wrong and needs considerable work before making it ready to program.

CNC cutting is charged at £75 per hour for 3 axis machining and £100 an hour for 5 axis.

Programming is charged at £40 per hour.

Stock preparation is charged at £40 per hour

As an example The average cost to cut a sheet of ply or MDF cut is around £35. We have minimum cut charge of £75.

No, unfortunately we are not able to start work until full payment has been received.

No, you can also pay via bank transfer but we will not order materials or start cutting until we have cleared funds. Sorry but we do not accept cheques or cash.

No, assembly and installation are not services we provide. But we can prepare stock to your requirements prior to machining.

We do offer a spray finishing service however this does depend on the job. Please let us know if your submission if you would require this service, If we cannot take this on we will recommend a company close by who can.

No, unfortunately not. Due to health and safety and insurance regulations we cannot facilitate this.
