3DM (for any type of file), DWG, DXF(for 2D files) IGES (3D cut files) STL (for polygon 3D files)are preferred, though most file types can be processed upon request.

If you submit a sketch file we can convert it to a CAD drawing at a cost. This would be included in the itemised quote supplied.

Yes you can have as many tests cut as you like but they will be charged at the standard rate.

Yes all parts required to fit together or join will need a tolerance. Please refer to our drawing considerations document or call us to discuss.

Lead times can vary week on week but we usually have a 1 week turnaround depending on how much cutting is involved.

Here are a few ways in which you can speed up the cutting process:

1. Use larger diameter cutters, this means that more material can be removed at a faster feed rate and in less passes
2. Reduce detail in the parts to be cut
3. Use a less dense materials
